Barcelona. A city with a rich cultural heritage, a city of majesty and sophistication. A city with gorgeous beaches and beautiful architecture. And for nine days in April, the partypoker MILLIONS Grand Final is coming to town. The MILLIONS Grand Final will conclude the wildly successful first season of the partypoker LIVE tour in spectacular style, with nine huge events, boasting a stunning €23M in guarantees. Best of all, YOU could be there.

There are a couple of ways to book your place. One is by buying into the €10 million guaranteed Main Event directly for €10,300. Not a problem for high-rolling poker superstars out there, but what about for those whose bankrolls don’t quite stretch that far? No problem. As anyone who’s ever played on the partypoker LIVE tour knows, we love a satellite and there’s a whole host running now on partypoker - giving everyone a great chance of winning their way to Catalonia’s cultural capital.

Centroll satellites will be running each day, giving players the chance to qualify for the daily $22 Satellite Quarter Finals. Success in those will allow players to build a stack for the $109 Semi-Finals, and getting through that will see you advance to the MILLIONS Grand Final Barcelona Final, held every Sunday at 8.00pm. Each weekly final will have ten packages to the Grand Final guaranteed. Each incredible package includes the €10,300 Seat, eight nights’ accommodation at the luxurious Hotel Arts, and €500 in expenses.

partypoker are also giving players another reason to be excited, with a 'Play 3, Get 1 Free' promotion for the $22 Quarter-Finals taking place. Want to know all the terms & conditions for that fantastic offer as well as more information about the MILLIONS Grand Final?  You can read all about that on our dedicated Event page for the event.

The last chance for players to book their ticket in the Main Event will be in the live Mega Satellites held during Grand Final week itself. There will be a remarkable 225 Main Event seats guaranteed across the five satellites, with two on Tuesday 10th, two the next day and one last turbo Mega Satellite on Thursday. Each will feature a €1,100 buy-in, making them a great way of sealing a seat in Day 1 of the Main Event for a knockdown price.

Main Event Day 1A will shuffle up and deal on Wednesday 11th at 12:00, with Day 1B getting underway later at 17:00. Day 1C is on Thursday 12th at 12:00, with Day 1D starting at 17:00 the same day. With 40-minute levels and a hefty 1,000,000 starting stack, players will have plenty of wiggle room to play some deep-stacked poker.

Those that survive the four Day 1’s will come together to battle towards the money on Day 2, when the tournament will switch to hour-long levels. Day 2 is on Friday 13th, which will no doubt prove unlucky for some. The money should be reached on Saturday 14th’s Day 3, always a pivotal day in any MILLIONS main event, before the last players standing return on Sunday 15th. With one of the most prestigious titles in poker up for grabs, as well as the small matter of millions of euros to play for, it should be a spectacular conclusion to season one of the partypoker LIVE tour.

MILLIONS Grand Final Barcelona isn’t just about the €10M guaranteed Main Event, however. In addition to the big one, there will be a further €13M in guarantees across eight titanic side events, each with at least €1M guaranteed. The €1,100 buy-in three-day Open will kick off the festival on Saturday 7th, concluding on the 11th. Other tasty tournaments in prospect include the €2,700 Warm Up before the Main Event, the €1,100 two-day Finale and the €10,300 High Roller, which will both bring the curtain down on the Grand Final, finishing on the final Sunday.

Now, we need to talk about the Super High Rollers. During MILLIONS Grand Final Barcelona, there will be not one, not two, not even three- but a frankly ridiculous four Super High Roller events, each featuring a €2M guarantee and a two-day structure. The two ‘smaller’ Super High Rollers will both have €25,500 buy-ins, the first of which will be played on the 7th and 8th, the second on the 8th and 9th. The SHR action will just keep on coming at the Grand Final, as on the 9th and 10th the €51,000 buy-in event will take place. Finally, the gargantuan €101,000 buy-in Super High Roller will be on the 10th and 11th. The four events should be an absolute treat for poker fans to follow around the world, as the very best and very wealthiest in the game clash for astronomical sums of money.

All the fantastic poker action will be taking place at the Casino Barcelona, which boasts a large poker room which is well accustomed to hosting top-level tournament poker. The casino is situated right by the marina in Barcelona's Port Olimpic District, and the Grand Final will be played out against a backdrop of the stunning modern architecture Barcelona is renowned for, as well as the pristine Barceloneta beach.

The eventual Main Event champion will join a prestigious and very short list of players who have captured a MILLIONS title. That list currently includes Maria Lampropulos, Aleksandr Gofman, Sam Greenwood, and Jon Van Fleet- but who will pick up the biggest MILLIONS title of them all?

See you in Barcelona!
